3/27/2010 @ Gibbs Village
We held a community outreach at Gibbs Village on Saturday March 27th 2010. We were blessed to be able to use their community center. We cooked hotdogs, had chips, drinks and candy for the children. The children had their faces painted, enjoyed sidewalk chalk and painted wooden crosses that were strung as necklaces.
Some of the young men in attendance enjoyed games of football & basketball with the youth. Bibles & Gospel tracts were passed out to all who were in need. A couple of groups went into Gibbs Village and shared the Love of Christ with the community. Old friendships were renewed and new friendships were formed. God definitely has a plan for our city, join in on the building of His Kingdom!
